The cycling city

In Umeå the bike is king and governs over 255 km of cycle routes. The city has been named Sweden’s most bike-friendly and third-best in Europe. A bike is without doubt a good investment in Umeå, for your health, the environment, and your wallet. 

Different destinations are connected by three main routes: one going west, one east, and one that covers the city centre, Teg and Röbäck.
